Anna serves as the NMDP Chair for the Committee on Belonging within the ASTCT-NMDP ACCESS Initiative, a national effort dedicated to achieving equal outcomes for all in cellular therapy. Under her guidance, the committee addresses social drivers of health, Medicaid access barriers, and workforce diversity.
She is a recognized thought leader within the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC), facilitating symposiums on leveraging implementation science in clinical practice and building somatic testing protocols in oncology.
Previously, she held roles at the Mayo Clinic and Allina Health as a Genetic Counselor, and earned her Implementation Science certificate from UCSF.
